Professional Protocol

Coaches should be aware that any approaches from Scouts/Clubs must be directed to the Academy Director.  DO NOT give out any kids details to Scouts/Clubs, they must follow this protocol ….and they all know it !!!  I will then approach the parents and arrange for the process to be taken to the next level (if this is the parents desire).  Do not point out any parents to Scouts/Clubs at any time. 

Kids CANNOT attend senior clubs training on a Friday night which is the Academies training night – and all senior clubs know this.

Parents, if Clubs approach you without speaking to me, then you must direct them to me first, otherwise it is regarded as an ‘illegal approach’ and they could incur a heavy fine.
